All new clients are required to start with a 90-minute session to allow time for the new-client intake process. This process helps you create your voice expression goals and helps us develop a custom voice care plan just for you.
After your 90-minute Initial Session, you are welcome to book follow-up sessions at 45 minutes, 60 minutes, or 90 minutes depending on your preferred session length. Note that 90-minute sessions allow time for deeper work and offer the quickest route to free expression and feeling confident in your speaking or singing voice.
Initial Sessions require a 72-hour notice in our booking system. Make sure to book your session with enough notice, so that your desired timeslot appears as available when booking.
Follow-Up Sessions require a 48-hour notice in our booking system. Make sure to book your session with enough notice, so that your desired timeslot appears as available when booking.
Note that any days or timeslots that are not shown on the calendar are already booked or not available.
Our Cancellation Policy is 24 hours. Please notify us by email or through our website at least 24 hours before the start time of your session. If you are having a medical emergency, please notify us at your earliest convenience so that our practitioners do not have to wait in the meeting room for the length of your session.
Please note that we do not accept returns on this purchase. However, if you cancel your session before 24 hours from your session time, your purchase will remain as a credit on your account and can be applied to your future rescheduled session or gifted to a friend.
