Multi-modal somatic energy healing and singing lessons with voice practitioner Justine Lucas.

Private Sessions are offered online, so you can explore your voice from the comfort of your own home sanctuary. These Sessions combine voice coaching with yoga, meditation, and chakra energy healing to help you access your voice in deeper places and let it out fully. We also offer gentle sound healing at the end of each session as a way to center your energy as you move into the rest of your day or evening.

We ask that you first book a 90-minute Initial Session to allow time for our new client intake process as well as voice goal setting and a vocal warm-up practice customized to you and your voice.

"Our voice is how we present ourselves to the world. It can be our greatest tool in designing the lives we want ~ speaking up for ourselves, creating new friendships, and standing up for what we believe in.
My job as your voice coach is to support you on your voice journey. I offer you space and freedom to express. We'll work through vocal blocks, one chakra at a time, releasing stagnant energy from the body and using the voice as a channel for deeper healing. You'll also learn ways to use vocal vibration to calm your own nervous system, comfort your heart, and tap into your body's wisdom.
Singing is about more than just hitting the right notes and sounding good -- it's about expressing your personality and connecting with other people. Justine works with you to discover what's holding you back and release it fully in an encouraging creative space. These may be blocks you've been experiencing with public speaking, self-worth, healthy boundary setting, stage-fright, or more. Justine Lucas

Justine Lucas is a prolific songwriter and internationally touring artist. She is widely known across the SF Bay Area as "Madame Z", from her jazz cabaret days. She now performs on large outdoor stages and coaches in her free time, helping others find their voice and express their own unique sound.
