At-Home Energetic Alignment Exercise:
One simple activity you can try today is a five-minute alignment check-in:
1. Find a quiet place to sit, take five slow breaths into your low belly, expanding into your diaphragm. This will help you to slow down and get centered.
2. Ask yourself these three questions:
What do I want right now?"
What have I been telling myself about this?"
What action can I take today to supports this desire?"
3. Write down your answers in a journal or piece of paper. Preferably something physical and analog so you can stay in the moment (as in… don’t reach for your phone!)
4. Choose one small action you can complete before the day ends
5. Keep track! Journal at the end of the day and celebrate you showing up for yourself...
