Sitting quietly with a question allows us to tap into the vastness of the universe. In relinquishing the need for immediate answers, we practice trusting in the wisdom that unfolds at its own pace. Here, the journey itself becomes a meditation — a serene exploration where each breath draws us closer to the essence of understanding.
It is in this state of open receptivity, of embracing patience, and of embodying stillness, that we can finally prepare ourselves for the big truth that is coming our way. Sometimes, it feels like you are waiting for the answer. When in reality, the answer is waiting for you. Waiting for your openness, for your attention, and your perceptive availability.
When I am struggling to find a solution to a problem, or a direction in an asterisk road, or the calm in the chaos… I remember what my reiki healer grandmother once told me: “practice sitting in the question.” And I remind myself to stay open. Open to the answer. And to even… let it surprise me!

Understanding the Chakras:
Chakras are often described as spinning wheels of energy, located along the central channel of the body. The word chakra literally means “wheel” or “circle” in Sanskrit. Chakras play a significant role in influencing our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. There are seven main chakras within the body: Root, Sacral, Solar-Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown. The best way to open yourself to great mystery is to open your upper chakras in your astral body. Connecting with your crown chakra and third eye chakra opens pathways to profound guidance and answers.
🧿 Third Eye Chakra - Intuitive Vision:
The Third Eye chakra, located between the eyebrows, enhances intuition and inner vision, allowing us to perceive truths beyond the physical realm. This chakra also serves as the center of intuition and insight, deeply connected to envisioning answers beyond the tangible. It acts as a sort of sacred gateway to not only your own innate wisdom, but also the wisdom of the universe. It offers a higher form of perception, allowing us to tap into intuitive guidance and envision possibilities that transcend ordinary understanding. When this chakra is balanced and open through practices like meditation and mindfulness, it enhances our ability to visualize solutions, perceive hidden truths, and envision outcomes with clarity and foresight. This connection fosters a profound understanding of our path and purpose, empowering us to navigate challenges and decisions with a deeper sense of insight and intuition.

The Crown chakra, located at the top of the head, connects us to higher consciousness and spiritual wisdom, inviting clarity and divine insights. This chakra also serves as the conduit for divine wisdom and spiritual connection. It represents our link to the universal consciousness and higher realms, transcending individual perception to embrace the infinite wisdom of the cosmos. When this chakra is open and balanced, it allows us to receive insights and guidance from a higher source, offering profound clarity and understanding beyond the limitations of the ego. Through practices such as meditation, contemplation, and spiritual exploration, we can strengthen our connection to the crown chakra, accessing divine wisdom that illuminates our path, enriches our spiritual journey, and fosters a deeper sense of unity with the universe.
When spiritually open in your crown and third-eye chakra, you can begin to discern subtle messages from the universe embedded in everyday life. Omens and symbols that carry profound meaning. Magical happenings and fortuitous circumstances. Things that are too incredible to just be “a coincidence”.
Whether through synchronicities, encounters with a spirit animal, or the appearance of a meaningful symbol, these occurrences are seen as manifestations of divine guidance and blessings. They reveal themselves as gentle nudges or profound revelations, offering insight into our paths and connections to the mystical fabric of existence. This openness fosters a sense of wonder and awe, and transforms the ordinary often-overlooked into offerings of spiritual significance.
