Clear your mind with guided meditation and breathing exercises. Soothe your nervous system by using your own voice in vocal warmups. Release energetic build-up with expressive singing in a supportive group.

Mindfulness Meditation 

Some of the things we'll do in class:

  • Yoga Breathwork

    Connecting with the breath using Pranayama yoga, Iyengar yoga, and Opera breathing exercises.

  • Guided Meditation

    Clearing the mind with guided meditations and a visual journey to help you connect with the present moment.

  • Gentle Stretching

    Slowly stretching muscles in the neck, shoulders, back, wrists, or ankles to relieve tension from the week.

  • Song Circle

    Learning simple songs and playing with harmonies and melodies intuitively, allowing you to explore your own voice in a freeing musical environment.
