Some of the things we'll do in class:
Experience guided breathwork for releasing tension, cultivating mindfulness, and expanding consciousness. We'll be connecting with the breath using Pranayama yoga, Iyengar yoga, and Opera breathing exercises.
Experience guided meditations for relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional well-being. This helps us release any nervousness we have about singing or have been carrying in our throat chakra. We'll also connect with a different element every week.
Explore healthy singing habits, discover your voice and learn to express yourself with confidence and authenticity. We'll also use the week's element in our song. Explore your voice in an emotionally free and spiritually supportive environment.
